August 24, 2018---- The I-4 AutoMall is a new concept in vehicle shopping that will be located in Lake Helen, Florida adjacent to I-4.  Structured enclosed parking for vehicles will create a climate managed shopping experience, while delivering all services in a comfortable and sustainable environment.  The vertical design minimizes the amount of land used to store automobile inventory while also providers shoppers the opportunity to evaluate vehicles in a comfortable environment.  The mall will included multiple dealerships, as well as a car wash, distribution center and amenities.  An emphasis on sustainability and environmental stewardship has the design team evaluating the use of solar arrays to provide power for the facility, capture and reuse of rainwater, potential use of a geothermal system to minimize energy consumption and LED lighting.  Architects for the new concept are HHCP, with TLC Engineering for Architecture providing engineering for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, as well as sustainability consulting and LEED administration.  More information, renderings and contact information may be found at i4automall.com.
